It was a very sad and dark day for the Goldhearts and their staff. It was the day of Grace‘s funeral, the day of her burial. Many pokemorphs gathered outside the church and waited for Grace‘s funeral to start. Many kept silent wile others were sobbing and the only other noise that was heard were the raindrops falling and splashing on the umbrellas and the ground. They all waited for almost half an hour when the doors to the church opened and the old staraptor priest came out holding an umbrella in one hand and clutching the bible in the other. The staraptor priest was closely fallowed behind by six pallbearers holding Grace‘s coffin. The six pallbearers consists of a male blaziken, a male arcanine, a male garchomp, a male yanmega, a male sawsbuck and a male rhydon. Behind them were the Goldhearts and their maid and butler under two seapred umbrella‘s all of them wearing black funeral clothes and a very sad look on their faces.
With the staraptor priest leading the pallbearers to the graveyard and the goldhearts closely behind them, everyone else were behind the goldhearts and followed them shortly after. The priest lead everyone through the gates of the graveyard and past a dead looking tree to an open grave that was near a beautiful looking angelic lugia statue. The open grave had two wooden planks and two ropes on either ends of the grave. The priest stopped at the side of the grave while the pallbearers put Grace‘s coffin over the grave and on the two wooden planks .
When the crowed had gathered behind the Goldhearts and their maid and butler the priest had begun with the funeral. The funeral went on for about an hour until it was time to lower the coffin down into the grave. The six pallbearers went on either sides of the grave four of them held on to the ropes and lifted the coffin up just enough so that the other two pallbearers could take the two planks away from under the coffin. When the planks were taken away from the grave the four pallbearers holding the ropes slowly moved Grace’s coffin down to the bottom of the grave. Once Grace’s coffin touched the bottom of the grave safely the pallbearers removed the ropes from the grave.
Two excadrill men one old, one young started dumping dirt carefully in the grave. It took them about ten minutes to fill the grave with dirt and when they were done most of the crowed had left the graveyard. When the two excadrill men left to get Grace’s tombstone, the priest, the pallbearers and the rest of the crowed had also left the graveyard leaving only Joseph, Jennifer, Goliath, Walter and Victoria standing there. A very tearful Joseph was holding and comforting his wife Jennifer who was crying the entire time when they buried Grace while Walter had Victoria by his side crying on his shoulder shortly after Jennifer started crying.
When the two excadrill men had set Grace’s tombstone at the end of her grave Goliath had stepped forward knelt at grace’s grave and placed a bunch of roses on her grave near her tombstone and read the inscription on it with tears running down his cheek.
